60-day returns

You have 60 days from the date you receive your item to request a return. Returns are free.

Eligibility

• Item must be in its original condition
• Original packaging and accessories included
• Proof of purchase (order number)

How to return

Contact us with your order number. We will send return instructions and a prepaid label.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we refund the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund.

Right of withdrawal (Germany and Austria)

If you buy as a consumer from Germany or Austria, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive the goods, with no reason required. Tell us by email before the deadline and we will send return instructions. We refund the full purchase price within 14 days of getting the item back. Our 60-day free-return promise stays on top of this statutory right.
